Builder: Jan Flores FB Jan Flores
Location: Puerto Rico
Brand name of kit: Revell

The model started as a Revell Foose impala 65. The goal was to blend a lowrider inspired paint job, with a ProStreet stance but add a little of Puerto Rico with a Rotary engine. Jan started by 3d printing new wheels and tires and cutting the chassis off to make space. Re made the front subframe/cross member to have low front suspension but also clear enough space to fit the 4 rotor engine as low as i could. The engine is fully 3d printed as well, it was designed by Slowly Models from Australia. The transmission is the kit’s stock option but i chopped and re made a new bell housing that matched the rotary engine. The exhaust is fully hand made and routed from the engine all the way to the quarter panel without separation. Interior remained box stock with the added detail of velvet black carpet. For paint i used BMW Schwartz (black) with Mr. Color rough silver and Mr.Color GX clear magenta and clear blue. Chrome bits are molotow liquid chrome and exposed silver bits are SMS super silver. For clear it has SMS super clear, sanded flat then topped off with 2k clear coat and no polishing.
